Course Aim
To provide the relevant skills and techniques to effectively evaluate and assess your projects
Learning Outcomes
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
Define clear project goals and outcomes as part of their initial plan
Understand how to set and use appropriate measurement tools during the project life cycle
Identify key steps in planning for an evaluation
Select the most effective evaluation method (use of questionnaires, focus groups, interviews, peer reviews)
Make productive use of evaluations for strategic management, research and development, and/or fundraising purposes.
Fee: £117.50 for ITC Members, £188 for non-members
Training held at ITC’s offices in London Bridge
